VINEGAR
Ours is a family-run farm mainly dedicated to viticulture .

Over the years we have combined the vineyard with the production of balsamic vinegar, a Reggio Emilia tradition. We started way back in 1968 with just four batteries, thanks to our uncle Luigi Belei, who passed on to us the passion and knowledge to start a real vinegar factory. Today we own 35 batteries, with chestnut, oak, mulberry, cherry, black locust, ash and juniper barrels: some of them have more than half a century of history behind them.
Every year we improve our product thanks to the updating of production techniques, the monitoring of the progress of the vinegar through the Protection Consortium and a team of specialized tasters, but above all thanks to unwavering commitment and passion.
